Return Policy

§ 1. General Provisions

1. This Return Policy sets out the rules for withdrawing from a distance sales agreement concluded via the online store operating at “globtechnic.pl”, run by:

2. The store is operated by Globtechnic Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

§ 2. Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement

1. A consumer who enters into a distance agreement via the online store globtechnic.pl has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the Goods.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement, the Customer should return the selected product in the order history.

§ 3. Return of Goods

1. The Goods should be returned in an unchanged condition.
2. The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Customer.

§ 4. Refund of Payments

1. The refund of payments will be made within 5 business days from the receipt of the returned product.
2. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not result in any cost for them.
3. For payments by payment card, the refund will be made to the bank account assigned to the Customer’s payment card.

§ 5. Complaints

1. This Return Policy applies to withdrawal from the agreement without giving any reason and does not limit the Customer’s rights related to making a complaint concerning Goods that do not comply with the agreement.

§ 6. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by this Return Policy, the applicable provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Act on Consumer Rights and the Civil Code.
2. The Return Policy is effective from 13.07.2026
