DEHNcombo YPV is a professional surge protective device combining type 1 and type 2 protection, specifically designed for photovoltaic installations with high DC voltages up to 1500V.
The device provides comprehensive protection against atmospheric surges and switching overvoltages, protecting photovoltaic inverters from damage caused by direct lightning strikes and ensuring reliable operation of your solar power system.
Compact design with only 4 DIN modules width saves valuable panel space while providing the highest level of protection in accordance with EN 61643-31 and IEC 60364-7-712 standards.

Innovative technical solutions
Advanced fail-safe Y circuit provides protection against damage in case of insulation faults in the generator circuit.
The device features a prewired fault-resistant Y circuit that prevents damage to the surge protective device in case of insulation faults in the generator circuit. The rated voltage is the same for all modes of protection, allowing the arrester to be used in earthed systems as well.
Space-saving enclosure with only four modules width accommodates modern high-voltage photovoltaic systems while maintaining compact dimensions for efficient panel space utilization.

Easy installation and operation

The device may only be connected and installed by an electrically skilled person, observing national standards and safety regulations in accordance with IEC 60364-7-712. The compact design occupies only 4 modules on a standard DIN rail.
Built-in status indicator in the inspection window provides clear operational feedback - green indicates normal operation, while red signals a fault condition requiring device replacement.
