That is why our training in Zielonka was designed to combine 6 hours of intensive theory, 3 hours of practice, networking, real field experience, and evening integration.

How to properly select cables and avoid voltage drops in Victron Energy installations?
This is one of the most common questions in the industry. During the theoretical part, participants learned how to calculate voltage drops, how to select cable cross-sections, and how to avoid mistakes that lead to overheating, unstable inverter operation, or incorrect battery charging.

The second part of the training was working on live equipment: MultiPlus units, battery modules, Cerbo GX units, AC switchboards, Lynx distributors, configuration, assembly, commissioning. This is where theory turned into real skills, and participants could check how the system behaves in practice.
