This under-ring is designed to provide a standardized mounting interface under the tank for sender or flange installations, especially in tanks with thin or flexible top skins.
- Allows mounting of a sender (S5) or flange (FL-2) via standard SAE 5-hole pattern
- Comes supplied with M5 stainless steel screws for secure installation
- Optimised for use under the top skin of the tank to improve reliability of seal and sender/flange fit-up
Fitting Instructions
Proper installation ensures system integrity: follow alignment and mounting guidance carefully.
- The under-ring hole pattern is uneven; align it with the tank’s bolt positions
- Install it inside the tank top, then mount the sender/flange above it for proper clamping
- Use the supplied screws and ensure proper sealing to prevent leaks and maintain stability
