Store Regulations

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. This Regulation defines the rules for using the online store operating at the address "globtechnic.pl", operated by:

  2. The store is operated by Globtechnic Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

  3. The data controller is Globtechnic Sp. z o.o., in accordance with the privacy policy available on the store's website.

  4. This Regulation is available on the store's website and at the Seller's registered office.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Client – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality using the store.

  2. Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  3. Goods – products offered by the Seller in the online store.

  4. Sales Agreement – an agreement between the Seller and the Client regarding the sale of Goods.

  5. Cart – an electronic tool available on the store's website, allowing the Client to select and collect products before finalizing the order.

  6. Order – the Client's declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement, made by adding Goods to the Cart and proceeding to its finalization.

§ 3. Terms of Use

  1. Using the store is possible after reading and accepting this Regulation by the Client.

  2. Purchases in the online store are equivalent to accepting the Regulation, the Sales Agreement, and the Privacy Policy.

§ 4. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed through the store's website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  2. The Client places an order by:

    • Adding selected Goods to the Cart,
    • Proceeding to finalize the order,
    • Filling in the necessary data and confirming the order.
  3. After placing an order, the Client receives confirmation at the email address provided during the order process.

§ 5. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices listed on the store's website are gross prices and include VAT.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but price changes do not apply to orders placed before the change.

  3. Available payment methods:

    • Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro
    • Traditional bank transfer
    • Instant payment gateway
    • Cash on delivery
  4. Payment processing:

    • The entity providing online payment processing for card payments is Autopay S.A.
  5. Delivery costs:

    • Courier shipments within Poland: 20 PLN gross,
    • Free delivery for courier shipments within Poland: from 500 PLN gross,
    • Courier shipments outside Poland: 90 PLN gross,
    • Pallet shipments: 150 PLN gross,
    • Free delivery for pallet shipments within Poland: from 3000 PLN gross,
    • Cost of pallet shipments outside Poland: calculated individually.

§ 6. Delivery

  1. Delivery of Goods is carried out within the European Union.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to send the package within 30 days from the date of concluding the agreement, unless otherwise agreed.

  3. In the case of selling goods, the Seller is obliged to deliver them to the Consumer within the specified time and provide accompanying documents and equipment. The deadline – the sold item should be delivered promptly, no later than within 30 days from the date of concluding the agreement, unless otherwise agreed.

  4. The order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization. In the case of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment, or payment card – from the day the Seller's bank account is credited.

  5. The order processing time is:

    • Products in stock: 24 hours from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization (most orders are processed on the same day),
    • Products available on order or unavailable: 5-7 business days.
  6. Delivery is carried out via:

    • Courier shipments: GLS, Inpost (courier and parcel locker),
    • Pallet shipments: Raben.
  7. Certain products, such as batteries, energy storage systems, sets with energy storage, and photovoltaic panels from 215W power, are shipped exclusively via freight forwarding.

  8. Delivery costs are specified in §5 point 5.

§ 7. Stock State

  1. The stock state is updated twice a day.

  2. It is possible that the actual stock is smaller or larger than what is presented on the store's website.

§ 8. Right of Withdrawal

  1. A Consumer who has concluded a distance agreement or an agreement outside the business premises has the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 days.

  2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the Goods.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client should inform the Seller of their decision by returning the selected product in the order history section.

  4. The Goods should be returned in an unchanged state.

  5. The costs of returning the Goods are borne by the Client.

  6. The refund will be made within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

  7. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment method used by the Consumer unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not involve any costs for them.

  8. In the event of the need to refund funds for a transaction made by the Client using a payment card, the Seller will refund the amount to the bank account assigned to the Client's payment card.

§ 9. Complaints and Warranties

  1. The Seller is liable to the Client for physical and legal defects of the Goods.

  2. The Client should report a complaint immediately.

  3. Complaints can be submitted via the form available on the website https://rma.globtechnic.pl.

  4. In the case of accepting a complaint, the Seller undertakes to:

    • Repair the Goods,
    • Replace the Goods with a new one,
    • Refund the payment to the bank account assigned to the Client's payment card in the case of a transaction made by card.

§ 10. Data Protection

  1. The data controller is Globtechnic Sp. z o.o.

  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR.

  3. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

§ 11. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All materials published in the online store are the property of the Seller or its suppliers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

  2. Copying, distributing, or using materials without the Seller's consent is prohibited.

§ 12. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations. Changes come into effect upon their publication on the store's website.

  2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.

  3. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the store will be resolved by the competent court according to the Seller's registered office.

  4. The Regulations were published on 30.09.2024 and are effective from 30.09.2024.
